Prices are subjected to change with the prevailing market rates
PAYMENT PROCESSING
We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD payments. We can ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
RESERVATIONS
Orders must be made at least 2 (two) working days prior to function date.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
A cancellation fee of 50% from the total order amount will be charged for any cancellation made less than 5 working days from date of function.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
We will contact the customer within 48 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. Customers who did not hear from us by 48 hours are required to contact us to confirm the order
CHANGES OF ORDERS
An administration charge of RsXX- RsXX will be levied on any changes made to menu or headcount 1 (one) day before the function
